Yayyy! I am down 20 lbs! A photo of 20 lbs of fat was pretty nasty, so I stuck to the 20 lb. bag of potatoes.
In celebration, I enjoyed a piece of toast. To stay Keto-friendly, it was Ezekiel bread with real butter, Swerve (sugar) and cinnamon. I love cinnamon toast and tea so that was a special treat.
Averaging 12,000+ steps a day on my Fitbit, I've taken lead in the family challenge which is funny. Especially, when I check it in the evenings and if someone is right behind me or has stepped ahead of me, I laugh, get up and get moving!
